Cell Illustrator^tm – A Bio-Pathway Modeling and Simulation Tool

Cell Illustrator^tm is a tool for constructing pathway models and simulating pathway mechanisms of action of both baseline and abnormal conditions.

With Cell Illustrator you can create your own model by:

Ø      Dragging and dropping bio-components that represent active elements of the pathway,

Ø      Connecting them in a way that models pathway  relationships,

Ø      Specifying pathway reactions, and

Ø      Using and importing previously created sub-models from public and proprietary libraries.
