Prof. Satoru Kuhara is a world renowned pioneer in the fields of computational biology and gene networks. His work has been published and presented in some of the world's leading journals and conferences and he is author on several patents in the field. Dr. Kuhara is currently Professor of Genetic Techniques at the Graduate School of Genetic Resources Technology at Kyushu University, recognized in publications such as AsiaWeek as one of the top technical universities in Japan and Asia. Dr. Kuhara is a founding member of the Japanese Society for Computational Biology and Vice Chairman of the Kyushu Bioscience industry committee. He received his Doctor of Science from Kyushu University's Faculty of Agriculture in 1980. |
