Yoichi Suzuki is Investment Officer for the Critical Technology fund, a pioneering Japanese Venture Capital fund managed under a U.S. style LPS structure. As CEO and general partner of IIBC fund, a Kyushu based venture fund, he sat on the boards of these companies. After graduating Univ. of Electro-Communications, Japan, he spent more than 15 years as a consultant and a researcher in the high-tech industry especially electronics and telecom areas with clients such as Motorola, Baxter, 3COM, Nissan Motor, Toshiba and Matsushita Electric. Yoichi Suzuki was a visiting scholar of Northwestern University, where he supported US & European venture companies to develop marketing strategy to expand their businesses to South East Asian countries and he has served as a part-time lecturer in venture management at Fukuoka University. |
