November 18, 2003 GNI RAISES $4.0 MILLION IN SERIES B FINANCING

GNI has successfully completed a $4.0 million Series B financing to expand its Cambridge, UK operation and its capabilities for producing human gene networks. The financing was led by Innovation Engine, a major Series A investor through its Critical Technology Fund, and included UFJ Capital, Trans Science, Japan Asia Investment Company (JAIC), and Tomy Digital Biology.
