Oct 21, 2002 GNI Selected for Fukuoka Prefecture Development Project

GNI has been awarded a two year grant by the Fukuoka prefecture government for "Development of genome-based drug efficacy detection technologies" as part of the prefecture's inaugural bioventure support program. GNI's wet laboratories are located at the prefecture's new government subsidized bioincubator laboratories in Kurume. Kurume is an emerging hub for Japanese and foreign biopharmaceutical ventures.
