Dr. Carol Cherkis brings to GNI over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, spanning various roles in licensing, business development, corporate venturing and R&D. Carol built her career over 20 years in life science business units at Dow Chemical, where she led the biotechnology program in the corporate ventures group and managed biotechnology business development and research units. Following Dow, Carol was director of the healthcare division at Frost & Sullivan and has most recently worked as an independent consultant for large and small companies in biotechnology and life sciences. Dr. Cherkis received her Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the University of Michigan Medical School and her AB, Biology from Bryn Mawr College. |
